Returns & Refunds

Retail Orders:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Items must be returned in their original condition. We may refuse returns if the product or packaging is damaged, used, or not in a resaleable condition.

To request a return, please contact us at laylandmisk@gmail.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Wholesale Orders:

Wholesale orders are manufactured specifically for your business. We do not hold large quantities of finished wholesale stock.

Production begins immediately once payment has been received. Please allow up to 4 weeks for production and dispatch.

As wholesale products are made to order, wholesale orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced. By placing a wholesale order, you confirm that you have reviewed your order details and accept our Wholesale Returns & Refund Policy.

If your wholesale order arrives damaged, contains manufacturing defects, or differs from your confirmed order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
